Performance pay is a key part of First Rate Movers' operations. But keeping track of bonuses got harder as the business grew, especially as work hours for some employees changed based on how many jobs the business had each week.

Brian needed a way to manage bonuses and profit sharing while considering: number of jobs worked, customer reviews, and hours worked. The old system used lots of spreadsheets, which made it hard to track everything fairly and share information with team members.

I'm not going to share my whole spreadsheet with every crew member or every employee — security and privacy reasons. Without a tool, transparency was off the table.
